Terms
of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the JUMi camera application and jumi.cishor.com. JUMi is provided by CISHOR, OOO ("CISHOR", "we", "us", or "our"). By using JUMi, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and your responsibility
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use JUMi only with that consent. You are responsible for your device, app-store account, and how you use photos created or shared through JUMi.
2. License to use JUMi
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use JUMi for lawful personal or business photography, subject to these Terms and applicable app-store rules. We retain all rights in JUMi, including its software, interface, branding, and included Style technology.
3. Your photos and content
You retain ownership of photos and other content you create. You are responsible for having permission to photograph, process, export, publish, or share people, places, trademarks, copyrighted works, or private information shown in your content. JUMi does not claim ownership of your photos.
4. Free features and JUMi Pro
JUMi can include free camera features and free Styles. Where JUMi Pro is offered, an active subscription unlocks the Pro features described on the in-app paywall, which can include Pro Styles and full-quality sharing or export. Available features can differ by platform, territory, and app version.
5. Auto-renewable subscriptions
- Payment is charged to the app-store account you use to confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your app-store account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends, subject to the store’s rules.
- Your store account can be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Prices, billing periods, free trials if any, and localized terms are displayed by the store before you purchase.
- Deleting JUMi does not cancel a subscription. Use the app store’s subscription-management controls.
- You can use Restore Purchases where available to restore an eligible entitlement associated with the same app-store account.
App-store purchase and refund rules also apply. For iOS, see Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and subscription-management settings.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse JUMi, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls or subscription checks, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, distribute malicious code, violate another person’s rights, or use JUMi for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful conduct.
7. Storage, export, and backups
Photos stored only in JUMi’s on-device library can be lost if you delete content, clear app data, lose the device, or uninstall the app. You are responsible for exporting or backing up content you want to keep. We do not promise to recover local content.
8. Third-party services
JUMi may interact with app stores, system share sheets, photo libraries, advertising services on Android, or links to third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party products or destinations you choose.
9. Availability and changes
We may improve, add, remove, or discontinue features; release platform-specific functionality; or update compatibility and requirements. We will not remove access to a paid entitlement during an active subscription period except where necessary for security, law, store requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JUMi is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free results, perfect color matching across devices, or suitability for a particular professional purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CISHOR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, or loss arising from your failure to export or back up content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for JUMi in the preceding 12 months or the minimum amount required by law.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using JUMi at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms or if necessary to protect users, rights, security, legal compliance, or platform integrity. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms as JUMi changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required. Continuing to use JUMi after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms, except where law requires another form of consent.
